Co-Owner, Marketing Expert and Consultant
Olivia Savard is a digital marketer with 5+ years experience in social media management and marketing.
With an emphasis in the hospitality industry, she has implemented smart and strategic social media programs by leveraging the power of user-generated content, story telling, and building customer relationships.
Her digital knowledge spans across many platforms including: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and more.
Upon graduating with her B.S. in Communications, Olivia launched her own digital marketing agency: Whispering Wind Marketing.
Through this business she has had the opportunity to work with a myriad of businesses within the hospitality industry ranging from Tourism Chambers to local entrepreneurs, entertainment venues, and restaurants. This variety gave her a unique and valuable experience in brand development and digital marketing.
Around this time she joined forces with her mom, Alyssa Ohnmacht, and has spent the last five years building Light of the Moon Inc, a company that helps independent authors self-publish their books. Here, Olivia has focused on crafting strategic marketing strategies for authors by helping them define their goal, implement sustainable practices, and share their story with the world. In early 2022, Olivia became an official partner with Light of the Moon, Inc.
Combining her experience with both her agency and publishing company, Olivia is ready to bring the power of authentic storytelling to the hospitality industry. It is with great excitement that she partnered with Marlene and together developed Hospitality Marketing.
Olivia was born and raised in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley. In June 2022, she and her partner decided to take an adventure out East and have settled down in a small town in Vermont.
She loves spending time in nature, traveling, trying new foods, and visiting her hometown.
Co-Owner, Marketing Strategist and Advertiser
Marlene Neidert is a digital strategist with 8+ years experience in online marketing. She has developed a strong focus on sustainable travel promotion, hospitality and B2B Campaigns.
Her digital strategies include creative out-of-the-box campaigns, paired with smart advertising measures.
She is a meta certified media buyer and well-versed on Linkedin, Tiktok and OTA advertising.
Before launching Hospitality Marketing full-time, Marlene gained experience working as project and marketing manager for agencies, organizations, and private companies in Austria and the United States. Alongside her day-time career, Marlene launched Precise Marketing and lead marketing campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses.
Marlene’s most rewarding experience was with Visit Glenwood Springs, a department of the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association. She managed national and international tourism promotions and took a crucial part in launching the Glenwood Gold Campaign, which received the outstanding achievement award in the 2022 DMA West Best Idea Program. Within the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association, she supported business with digital marketing workshops.
One of Precise Marketing’s early social media clients, the Colorado Hot Springs Loop, was awarded the Colorado Governor’s Award for Outstanding Tourism Marketing Program in 2019.
Marlene also gained experience with corporate branding and hospitality marketing when working for Marriott in Vienna, Austria.
Some of Marlene’s previous employers chose to hire Hospitality Marketing right away when they heard of the company’s founding.
Marlene lives with her husband and daughter in Vienna, Austria and Carbondale, Colorado.
She loves the outdoors, winter sports, traveling the world and comedy shows.
